People are always talking about the 'itch of one's thirties’. If there is one – which I take leave to doubt – then it is safe to say that I am not resigning for it.
 
No one was born to be a department manager. When I first took up this duty, I felt that I was just young and uncertain. It is not a simple step from behaving well to managing the whole team. Fortunately, Daniel and Dino have setup good examples for me and I also learned something of great value from Yoshida, Shimikei and Hideki even though they sometimes prevent me from going home. Thank you very much.

Regular release tends to be very hard indeed, varying according to the workload and complexity of tasks. I could not make it without all team members' assistance, nor even think of it. It is my great honor to work with you and there are countless nice memories firmly rooted in my mind, such as reviewing codes of ‘data import’ with Zhaokai Zhang. Thank you very much as well.

Last, I have something to say to Rongjiu Shi and Wei Jia. If only I could stay longer, you would inevitably face the same challenge in your career sooner or later. So don't be hesitated. With experience, and with improved process control, it is now possible for you not only to assure the quality of our products but also to make your personal success.
